I spent the formative parts of my career in SaaS, as a Head of Marketing working closely with sales, product and leadership teams. I've experienced pre-seed to series D and exit as an employee. I particularly loved early stage scaling when the proposition is evolving, and only certain types of sales people can truly succeed.
After 8 years in start-up environments, I spent another 8 in new ventures & digital at Nokia and News UK. Then after 4 years in my first senior recruiter role in tech, I started Gameface in 202 to focus on commercial roles. My goal was to work with start-ups with missions I could really get behind.
