    I spent the formative parts of my career in SaaS, as a Head of Marketing working closely with sales, product and leadership teams. I've experienced pre-seed to series D and exit as an employee. I particularly loved early stage scaling when the proposition is evolving, and only certain types of sales people can truly succeed.

    After 8 years in start-up environments, I spent another 8 in new ventures & digital at Nokia and News UK. Then after 4 years in my first senior recruiter role in tech, I started Gameface in 202 to focus on commercial roles. My goal was to work with start-ups with missions I could really get behind. I've been involved in over 200 commercial appointments for PE and VC backed business over the last 5 years. I've run recruiter teams of up to 20, but am now delighted to be back being more hands on with every senior appointment, connecting amitious SaaS companies with revenue leaders that drive their growth story.
